An interesting renovation project of a late 1960s villa near the Sile river in Treviso embraces energy requalification and enhancement of the green area.
Architect Stefano Gaiardo respected the original character of the façades, while internally he made more liberal changes to make the spaces modern and welcoming.
Throughout the project, the dialogue between the existing and the new stands out, in harmony with the natural surroundings. The choice of Atelier Réserve Cefalù wood flooring enhances the authentic sense of the material and expresses the perfect synthesis of present and past.
