Tailored Elegance: luxury villa in Vilnius
Elegance Made to Measure: Listone Giordano parquet flooring stars in a luxury villa in Vilnius
This 250-square-meter apartment, located in the prestigious “Misionierių Sodai” residential complex in Vilnius, represents a unique project in terms of elegance, restraint, and attention to detail. Although each project presents different challenges and characteristics in terms of budget and size, this one stands out for its ability to maintain a harmonious and functional space without ever being overloaded with superfluous elements.
The intervention began with an architectural analysis of the interior layout, which led to an adaptation of the existing design according to the client’s specific needs. Once the spaces were redesigned to optimize their usability and harmony, aesthetic solutions were chosen that perfectly complemented the overall vision.
Listone Giordano was chosen for the floors : the natural beauty of wood adds warmth and character to the spaces, creating a cozy and refined environment. In particular, the Custom+ collection was chosen, which made it possible to customize the parquet design in a unique and creative way. The floor was thus transformed into a true design element, capable of dialoguing with the surrounding architecture and furnishings. A pattern of French oak squares in the sober colors of Mattplus Oak and Montblanc, a solution that is not only aesthetically impeccable but also functional, in perfect harmony with the philosophy of sustainable and natural design.
BOFFI’s “April” model, created by renowned architect and designer Piero Lissoni, was chosen for the kitchen, embodying craftsmanship and design of the highest level, while in the bathrooms the use of fine materials such as Carrara marble for a sophisticated and timeless effect.
Every detail of this project was carefully considered, from the uniquely designed furniture to the functional solutions integrated into each space. Each element was carefully selected and adapted to reflect the overall vision, achieving a balance of simplicity, quality, and beauty.
More and more people in Lithuania recognize the value of high-quality design, not as an expression of vanity, but as a lasting investment in the quality of life.
