Crafted with the utmost precision, Listone Giordano Magnetico floors embody the hallmarks of Italian craftsmanship. 

The planks are meticulously crafted from French Oak, featuring a birch plywood core and a magnetic attachment system for metal surface flooring system. It can be installed and removed without the need for glue, facilitating installation, inspection and maintenance.

Listone Giordano Magnetico is compatible with all types of raised access flooring that feature a metal sheet on the top layer. Perfect anchoring is ensured by the strength of the 1 mm thick isotropic magnetic sheet (pull strength ≥57 g/cm²).

MORE STABILITY, EASY TO USE.

The trapezoid profile, combined with the PRO-LOCK system, simplifies the installation and removal of each individual plank. This design allows for easy and quick access to underfloor utilities. The ease of installing and removing planks offers the opportunity to modify room layouts quickly and flexibly. 

This feature is particularly beneficial in environments that require frequent reconfigurations. Moreover, during construction phases, the bare raised access flooring can be used until all heavy work is completed. At this point, Listone Giordano Magnetico can be installed, protecting it from potential damage during earlier stages of construction.

PRO-LOCK adds mechanical interlocking to the magnetic force for maximum floor stability. The innovative insert made of flexible material, in combination with the special millings, guarantees high stability of the floorboard and quick installation and removal.

LIFECYCLE

DESIGNED TO LAST Oleonature’s natural oil-based finish provides excellent surface care and regeneration. With regular maintenance, the floor will last for more than 30 years. 

READY TO CHANGE WITH YOU The floor can be easily dismantled for use in other contexts. In this case it is also possible, by re-sanding and re-profiling, to implement a deep renewal of the surface in terms of finish and/or colour.

PRODUCT END-OF-LIFE The floor can be treated in the factory to separate the magnetic part, which can be entirely recycled, from the wooden part, which can be used for the production of recycled ecological panels.
